Ingredients

 1 kg half ripe, half raw guavas, peeled, seeded and quartered
 Onions2 , sliced
 2 cups coconut milk extracted from 1/2 grated coconut
 Juice of 2-3 limes
 Salt To Taste
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Ginger2 Inch (Grind together:)
 Garlic8 Clove (5gm) (Grind together:)
 Chilli powder3 Teaspoon (Grind together:)
 Cumin seeds2 Teaspoon (Grind together:)
 Coriander seeds1 Tablespoon (Grind together:)
 Cinnamon1/2 Inch (Grind together:)
 Cloves3 (Grind together:)

Directions

Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions till light brown.
Add half cup water and salt, lower heat and cook till onions are mushy and water has evaporated.
Add ground spices and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add guava and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add coconut milk, salt and lime juice and simmer for five minutes more on low heat.
Serve with white rice.
