Guava Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
3 tbs. Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. baking powder
3 tbs. melted shortening
1/2 cup cooked guava pulp
Directions
In mixing bowl, add milk to eggs and stir.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Stir in shortening and guava pulp, mxing only until blended.
Fill oiled muffin pans about 2/3 full.
Bake at 400°F.for 20 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
