Guava Glazed Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
8 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
1 cup guava jelly
2 tbs. butter or margarine
Directions
Arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer in oiled baking dish.
In saucepan, heat jelly and butter to form syrup.
Drizzle one-half of jelly mixture over potatoes and bake in oven at 350°F.for about 15 minutes.
Carefully turn potatoes and add remaining syrup.
Bake 15 minutes more, basting potatoes occasionally, if necessary to obtain perfect glaze.
