Guaeamole Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
| Head of lettuce | 1/2 Medium | |
| 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges | ||
| Ripe olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| 1/4 cup chopped green onions | ||
| Corn chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tuna | 7 Ounce, drained | |
| 1 recipe Avocado Dressing | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Break lettuce into salad bowl.
Add tomato wedges, olives, onions, corn chips, and drained tuna.
Toss lightly with Avocado Dressing.
Top with shredded cheese and additional ripe olives.
