Guacamole In Shells Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 medium-size ripe avocados | ||
| 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green pepper | 3 Tablespoon, diced | |
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Chili powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of hot sauce | ||
| Tortilla chips | ||
Directions
Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and scoop out avocado.
Set aside avocado shells.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl, add avocado.
Top with cover, process until smooth.
Combine avocado puree and remaining ingredients except tortilla chips in a medium bowl, blend well.
Chill.
Spoon guacamole into reserved avocado shells, and serve with tortilla chips.
