Guacamole Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 Ig.avocados | ||
| Tomatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 2 dashes Tabasco to taste | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Beans | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Grated cheddar cheese | ||
| Black olives | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Cut avocados in half and spoon out meat.
Mash, then add onion, tomato, sour cream, Tabasco, salt and lemon juice.
Layer retried beans, then avocado mixture and garnish with cheddar cheese, tomato, onion, black olives and jalapenos (or anything else that sounds good to you)!! Experiment.
