Spiced Guacamole Recipe
Guacamole, a tasty and exotic avocado dip that avocado lovers like me are really fond off. Try serving the Guacamole for your next party. I am sure everyone will like it
Ingredients
2-4 med. ripe avocados
1 med. ripe tomato
1 fresh green onion, thinly cut
Chopped green chile to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic salt to taste or fresh garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. oregano (opt.)
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
Peel the avocados, take out the pits and save two on the side.
Mix and mash all ingredients thoroughly in a serving dish.
If you prepare the guacamole dip ahead of serving time, insert two of the pits in the middle of your dip to keep the dip from getting black and then cover with Saran Wrap, with wrap touching the guacamole.
This ensures airtightness.
