Guacamole Recipe

This guacamole recipe is prepared with ripe avocados and yogurt. Flavored with chilipowder, onions and tabasco sauce, the guacamole is seasoned to taste and best served with tortilla chips a healthy snack.

Ingredients

 Ripe avocados3
 Onion1 Small, grated
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Tabasco sauce1 Teaspoon
 2 medium, ripe tomatoes peeled deseeded and chopped
 1 8-ounce container plain yogurt
 1 teaspoon lemon juice Tortilla chips
 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash pepper
 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash pepper

Directions

Cut avocados in half lengthwise; peel and re-move seeds.
Mash in a medium bowl.
Stir in onion, chili powder, Tabasco, salt, pepper and tomatoes; mix until smooth.
Stir yogurt until creamy.
Add to avocado mixture with lemon juice; blend well.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
