Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients
1 medium size ripe avocado
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon liquid red pepper seasoning
1 large tomato, peeled, chopped and drained
Directions
Halve avocado, peel, pit and mash in a medium size bowl.
Blend in remaining ingredients, cover and chill (Dip will stay bright green several hours.).
When ready to serve, spoon into small bowls and set out plenty of crisp corn sticks.
