Guacamole With Tortilla Chips Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon sugar package | 1 | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Ripe avocado | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3/4 cup chopped green onions, divided | ||
| Jalapeno | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), pickled | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Ripe olives | 4 , pitted | |

Directions
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water; pour into blender container.
Add cottage cheese, avocado, 1/2 cup green onions, jalapeno peppers, lemon juice, garlic and chili powder; cover.
Blend on low speed, scraping down sides occasionally, about 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
Pour into shallow 5 cup serving dish; smooth top.
Chill until set, about 4 hours.
When ready to serve, top guacamole with remaining 1/4 cup chopped green onions, tomato and olives.
Add cottage cheese, avocado, 1/2 cup green onions, jalapeno peppers, lemon juice, garlic and chili powder; cover.
