Directions
FOR THE EASY RECIPE
1.Cut open an avocado and scoop out the flesh in a bowl.
2.Mash it with a fork.
3.Add the salsa and mix it in.
4.Squeeze in a teaspoon and half of lemon juice and blend it in.
5.Season with salt and add the minced cilantro.
FOR THE FULL RECIPE
6.Finely chop a quarter of a red onion and ½ garlic clove.
7.Cut open an avocado and scoop out the flesh.
8.In a bowl, take the onions, garlic and avocado. Add the chopped tomatoes and the minced cilantro.
9.Season with salt, squeeze in a teaspoon and half of lemon juice and drizzle in the olive oil.
10.Mash with a fork to blend everything in.
SERVING
11.Serve both the versions of the avocado with tortilla chips.
