 2 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded, and cubed
 Celery2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Water1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 1/4 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
 Garlic salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Lettuce3 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges

Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, combine avocados, celery, water, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, hot pepper sauce, and garlic salt.
2) Blend the mixture to make a smooth paste.
3) Take 6 chilled salad plates and arrange the shredded lettuce leaves.
4) Place tomato wedges on lettuce and top it with guacamole mixture.

SERVING
5) Garnish with hot pepper sauce and serve.
