Guacamole Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocados | 3 , mashed | |
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Small, finely chopped | |
| Juice from 1/2 lemon | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic salt | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Combine mashed avocados, onion and tomatoes.
Add lemon juice and mayonnaise and gently mix together.
Season to taste with salt and garlic salt.
Refrigerate one hour and serve cold with- chips, fajitas or as a side dish with a Mexican casserole.
