 2 avocados, peeled and mashed
 Red chilli1 Teaspoon (Leveled), finely chopped
 Chilli powder1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Small, finely chopped
 Few strips red pepper, thinly sliced or few lemon twists and
 Few tomato twists

Directions

MAKING
1) Allow avocados to be mashed with chilli, olive oil and lemon juice.
2) Pour in enough oil that can be absorbed by the mixture and add in seasoning and onion.

SERVING
3) In a pottery or wooden bowl, serve the preparation cold on garnishing with lemon and tomato twists or red pepper strips.
