Guacamole From Mexico Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 avocados, peeled and mashed | ||
| Red chilli | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled), finely chopped | |
| Chilli powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Few strips red pepper, thinly sliced or few lemon twists and | ||
| Few tomato twists | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Allow avocados to be mashed with chilli, olive oil and lemon juice.
2) Pour in enough oil that can be absorbed by the mixture and add in seasoning and onion.
SERVING
3) In a pottery or wooden bowl, serve the preparation cold on garnishing with lemon and tomato twists or red pepper strips.
