Guacamole Dip With Crispy Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| 2 ripe avocados (about 1 1/2 lb) | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons finely chopped canned chili peppers | ||
| White vinegar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chilled cauliflowerets | ||
| Crisp celery sticks | ||
| Green onions | ||
| Radishes | ||
| Cucumber sticks | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a medium bowl, add tomato and using a potato masher, crush it.
2. Cut the avocados lengthwise into halves, deseed and peel. Slice avocados, add to crushed tomatoes and using the potato masher, mash till the mixture blends well. Mix chili pepper, vinegar, onion and salt thoroughly with the mixture.
SERVING
3. Transfer to a bowl, arrange vegetables around the bowl and serve.
