Guacamole Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocado | 1 Large, peeled | |
| Onion slice | 1 | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 envelope instant chicken broth | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 3 drops liquid red pepper seasoning | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1 Slice avocado into an electric-blender container; add onion and 1/2 cup cream. Cover; beat until smooth.
2 Beat in remaining ingredients. Chill.
3 Pour into chilled cups or mugs. Sprinkle with paprika, if you wish.
