Guacamole Chicken Wrap Recipe

4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
 
1/2 cup prepared guacamole
 
1 package (10 ounces) fully cooked carved chicken breast
 
1/4 cup Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard
 
1 tablespoon minced cilantro (optional)
 
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
 
1 cup shredded lettuce
 
1 small tomato, chopped

Directions

Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons guacamole.
Toss chicken with mustard and cilantro in medium bowl.
Arrange on top of tortillas, dividing evenly.
Sprinkle with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Roll up tortillas jelly-roll style.
Secure with toothpicks.
Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Remove toothpicks.
