Guacamole Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Corn chips | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion salt | ||
| Avocado | 1 7 3/4 Ounce, frozen | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
| Tomato | 1 Small, chopped | |
| 5 hamburger buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
Preheat broiler.
Mix together ground beef, crushed corn chips, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and onion salt.
Shape into 5 patties.
Broil beef patties 3 inches from heat for 6 minutes; turn and broil till done, about 4 minutes more.
Meanwhile, combine avocado dip, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce.
Stir in chopped tomato.
Place hamburgers on bottom halves of toasted buns; top with avocado mixture.
Replace bun tops.
