Guacamole Avocado Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 medium avocados, seeded, peeled, and cut up | ||
| 1/2 small onion, cut up | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In blender container place avocados, onion, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper; cover and blend till well combined.
