Directions
MAKING
1. In the work bowl of a food processor, mix avocado, onion, tomato, and cucumber and process for about 10 seconds.
2. Season to taste with paprika, salt and peppers.
3. Further, add sour cream and parsley.
4. Process for another 5 seconds.
5. Refrigerate.
SERVING
6. Serve as dip with sliced cucumbers.
