Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocados - 2 large, very ripe, 1 1/2 lbs | ||
| Green onions - 3, cut into 2-inch lengths | ||
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste | |
| Tomato | 1 Small | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon, squeezed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Vinaigrette dressing | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Scoop out the avocado pulp with a spoon.
2) In a food processor with a metal blade, process the green onions, green pepper, tomato, avocado, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and dressing together until the ingredients are finely chopped.
SERVING
3) Use as required.
