Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut the avacado into half ,remove the pit and spoon the avacados in a bowl

MAKING
2.Add grated garlic and juice of half a lemon to the bowl.
3.Mash all the ingredients with a fork to your desired consistency.It could be chunky or smooth.
4.Add tomatoes,onions,salt, juice of the other half of the lime and stir the mixture well.If you like you can also add chopped cilantro or jalapeno peppers
5.Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour and it is ready to serve

SERVING
6.Can be served with your favorite chips and can also be served as a topping on tacos and enchiladas

where are the minced chiles? We always add some minced red ripe serranos for some zip! You do mention Jals on the video-ripe are best IMHO. Cilantro is nice in it too, some add cumin/cumino too. Avocados are running less than $1 for the large Hass right now in California! YUMMO!
