Directions
1. In a bowl, add avocados, garlic and lime juice. Mix well while mashing the avocados to get a chunky consistency.
2. Add the onion, tomatoes, jalapeno and cilantro. Mix well.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix and keep it in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to use.
SERVING
4. In a serving bowl, serve this guacamole with tortilla chips, nachos or in tacos and burritos.
