Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 very ripe large avocados | ||
| 2 ripe medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 5 1/2 tablespoons {3-ounce can) chopped green chilies, drained | ||
| Lime juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mash peeled avocados with fork, but not too smooth; the mixture should measure about 3 cups.
Blend avocado with remaining ingredients; cover tightly with foil and refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with Dipsy Noodles.
