Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled | ||

| Chopped | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Plum tomato | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 3 dashes hot pepper sauce, or to taste | ||
Directions
Place the avocado flesh in a medium bowl; mash with a fork until creamy but still slightly chunky.
Stir in the shallot, chiles, tomato, lime juice, salt, ground pepper, and pepper sauce.
