Guacamole Recipe
I don't remember from where exactly this Guacamole recipe came but I feel they are simply delicious. Guacamole are worth your time and you can't stop wth making it just once. More than Yummy!
Ingredients
2 very ripe medium avocados
1 1/2 tbs (35 ml) lemon juice
2 tbs (30 ml) red onion, finely chopped hot red pepper sauce, to taste
1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
2 tbs (30 ml) cilantro, finely chopped
4 Tostada Organic Blue Bowls
Directions
In medium bowl, mash avocado with fork until soft and pureed.
Add lemon juice, onion, hot red pepper sauce, cumin, garlic and salt and mix to combine.
Gently mix in tomatoes and cilantro.
Preheat tostada bowls for 3-5 minutes in a 350°F (180°C) oven.
