Grouper Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Breadcrumbs | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Lemon Rind - 1 teaspoon, grated | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Grouper Fillets - 2 nos | ||
| Vegetable Cooking Spray | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400F. Spray a 10X6X2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2) Under cold, running water, wash the groupers. Pat them dry. Set aside.
MAKING
3) In a bowl, mix together lemon juice and sherry.
4) Add in breadcrumbs, cheese, lemon rind and garlic powder.
5) Coat the fillets in the breadcrumbs mixture by dipping in. Coat bothe sides well.
6) Arrange the fillets in the baking dish. Pour the remaining breadcrumbs mixture over the fish.
7) Bake for about 25 minutes till the fish flakes easily.
SERVING
8) Garnish the fish fillets with chopped parsley leaves.
