Ground Turkey Fry Recipe
Ground Turkey is an excellent low-fat, low-cholesterol substitute for Ground Lamb or even Ground Beef. This minced turkey fry made with Indian spices is an interesting twist to the spicy "kheema fry" made by many. The subtle flavor of turkey meat is complemented by the use of ground spices and cooked until it achieves a beautiful brown color. A dash of lemon juice sprinkled just before serving further enhances its taste. Comments/Suggestions/Feedback on this Ground Turkey Fry recipe are welcome!
