Ingredients

 Corn oil4 Tablespoon
 6 large ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
 Ground turkey2 Pound
 Onions2 Large, chopped
 12 ounce can ho salt added tomato paste
 4 cloves garlic, minced or put through press

Directions

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large frying pan and saut6 turkey in it until pink color is gone, stirring to break up pieces.
Remove turkey and set to one side.
Add remaining oil and saute onion and garlic in it until onion is limp.
Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste and mix well.
Divide mixture in half.
With one half make Meat Sauce; with the other half make Picadillo
NOTE TO COOK: Turkey is used instead of ground beef because it has much less fat and fewer calories and once all the other ingredients are mixed in it is difficult to tell whether meat is turkey or beef.
