Directions

In large skillet cook ground beef, onion, and curry powder till meat is browned; drain off fat.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the 2 beaten eggs and the 1/2 cup milk; stir in bread crumbs, raisins, almonds, vinegar, bay leaves, sugar, the 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
Press meat mixture into a 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
Combine the 3 eggs, the 2/3 cup milk, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper; beat just till blended.
Slowly pour over meat mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven about 45 minutes or till top is set and lightly browned.
