Ground Beef And Almond Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 6-oz. package noodles, cooked
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Directions
Saute ground beef in 2 tablespoons fat in saucepan; add salt, celery, green pepper, onions, pimento, mushrooms, soup and soy sauce.
Stir well; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Mix noodles and sour cream; stir into beef mixture.
Place in casserole; top with almonds.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
