| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Ground pork | 1/2 Pound (Marinade:) | |
| Cornstarch | 1/2 Teaspoon (Marinade:) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Marinade:) | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Marinade:) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (Marinade:) | |
| Frozen peas package | 1 , thawed (Marinade:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Marinade:) | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon (Marinade:) | |
Directions
Mix marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Add ground pork; mix well.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and chicken broth to make a paste; set aside.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat 1 minute.
Stir-fry garlic about 1 minute until browned; remove and discard.
Add ground pork.
Stir-fry until cooked, about 4 minutes.
Remove ground pork from wok with a slotted spoon, draining well over wok; set aside.
Reheat oil in wok over high heat 1 minute.
Stir-fry peas 2 minutes.
Add salt, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch paste.
Stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add cooked pork; mix well.
Add ground pork; mix well.
