Ground Pork Par Men Tier Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp (30 ml) oil
1 lb (450 g) ground pork
3/4 Cup (180 ml) chopped onions
1 Cup (250 ml) carrots, diced
1/2 Cup (125 ml) celery, diced
1/2 tsp (2 ml) thyme
3 Cups (750 ml) water
Salt and pepper
6 large potatoes, finely sliced
1/4 Cup (60 ml) beef stock
Directions
– In a skillet, heat oil and saute pork and onions. Put them in a stove-top casserole, add carrots, celery, thyme, and water and let mixture simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat, then season with salt and pepper.
– Add potatoes and beef stock, and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
