 1 9-inch BASIC ROLLED PIE CRUST prepared in advance but not baked
 Cherries2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Honey1/3 Cup (16 tbs), warmed
 Whole wheat pastry flour1 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 42.5° F Put ground-cherries into unbaked pie shell.
Beat eggs, add salt, honey, flour, milk, and vanilla.
Pour over cherries and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° F. and bake for about 30 minutes longer, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
