Ground Beef Oriental With Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Melted butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Rice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 1 Pound, drained | |
| Chinese noodles | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Brown the onions and celery in butter, then remove from pan and brown the rice and ground beef.
Combine the soups, water, soy sauce and pepper in buttered 2-quart casserole.
Add the onion mixture, beef mixture and bean sprouts and stir lightly to blend.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Serve with warm Chinese noodles.
