Directions
Crumble ground beef into 1 quart casserole.
Add onion.
Cover with paper towel.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until meat is set.
Stir in soup, catsup, mustard and salt.
Mix well.
MICRO WAVE 4 MINUTES on '8', or until bubbly hot.
Spoon over muffins.
