Ingredients
| 1 pound ground chuck steak | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, finely chopped | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Beef broth | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tomatoes peeled, seeded, and chopped | ||
| 1 1/2 cups cooked noodles or macaroni | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1)Take a ceramic browning plate and preheat on high in the microwave for about 4 minutes.
MAKING
2)Add both the beef and oil and cook for 2 minutes.
3)Take a 2-quart glass or ceramic casserole and add the beef mixture after draining any deposited fat.
4)Also add the onion, garlic, and green pepper and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave.
5)Now add all the remaining ingredients like clove,sour cream,oregano,beef broth,tomato paste.
6)Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave.
7)Remove the casserole from the microwave, stir the mixture once and rotate the dish one-quarter of a turn after 3 minutes.
FINALISING
8)Taste the beef and accordingly season with salt and pepper.
