1 lb. minced meat
1/2 lb. bacon 1 8-oz. package egg noodles (fine)
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
Hot sauce, ketchup, etc., to taste
3 or 4 onions
Directions
Cut bacon in small pieces and fry.
Remove from pan and cook onions in fat, then add meat and cook.
Boil noodles and drain, add to other ingredients and flavor with favorite hot sauce, ketchup, etc.
Fried mushrooms may be added, also a can of creamed corn or niblets.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 1/2 hour.
