Grilled Zucchini Slices Recipe
Ingredients
| Zucchini | 3 Small | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil | ||
| Powdered ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Wash zucchini but do not peel.
Cut in half lengthwise and place in shallow baking dish.
Mix soy sauce, oil and spices, pour over squash.
Let stand for an hour, turning to coat evenly.
Spray a non stick skillet, lay slices in pan and cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
Squash should be tender but not mushy.
