Grilled Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 large zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices | ||
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 2 Tablespoon, crumbled | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary or pinch of dried, crumbled | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Prepare barbecue (medium high heat) or preheat broiler.
Brush zucchini with olive oil.
Sprinkle both sides of zucchini with oregano, garlic and rosemary Season zucchini slices generously with salt and pepper.
Grill or broil until zucchini is tender, about 4 minutes per side.
