Grilled Veal Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
| Ground veal | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 3/4 cup soft whole wheat breadcrumbs | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Skim milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind | ||
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dried marjoram | 1/8 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Ground pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Horseradish Sauce | ||
| Whole wheat hamburger buns | 6 | |
| Lettuce leaves | 6 | |
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl mix well.
Shape mixture into 6 (3/4-inch-rhick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 inches over medium-hot coals for 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons Horseradish Sauce on cut side of each bun half.
Place one lettuce leaf on bottom of each bun.
Top each with a veal pattie.
Cover with tops of buns.
