Grilled Swiss & Pesto Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
4 teaspoons pesto
8 slices multigrain bread
8 ounces sliced deli fat free turkey breast
4 (1-ounce) slices Alpine Lace Deli Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
2 (1/4-inch) slices red onion, separated into rings
No-stick cooking spray
Directions
Combine mayonnaise and pesto in small bowl. Spread 1 side of 4 slices bread with 2 teaspoons pesto mixture each; top with 2 ounces turkey, 1 slice cheese, 3 onion rings and 1 bread slice.
Heat 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of 1 sandwich with no stick cooking spray. Place into skillet; cook, turning once, until golden brown (5 to 6 minutes). Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
