Baked whole bass is definitely drool worthy, however, if not for this video, I would have always thought grilling whole fish is quite a task! See how the chef makes it look so simple, with a few flavorful ingredients to make one of the best baked whole stripped bass with excellent texture. Worth a try, however, a better audio and video quality must have doubled the impact!Comments

Looks great! The way its prepared is very similar to the way it is cooked in Italy, head, scales, fins and tail! My Italian friends tell me it is prepared in this manner because they feel that they can get more meat off the fish compared to someone filleting it for them. Great video, I could smell the herbs through the screen! I agree-fresh herbs make all the difference!
