Grilled Shark Recipe
Ingredients
6 (1/2 inch-thick) shark steaks
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons commercial Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons dried whole basil
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons dry sherry
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Rinse,fish thoroughly in cold water; pat dry.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; baste fish with dressing mixture.
Set remaining mixture aside.
Place fish in a well-greased wire grilling basket.
Grill over medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Baste frequently with remaining dressing mixture.
