Directions

Combine all ingredients except catfish, stirring well.
Set lemon juice mixture aside.
Rinse fish thoroughly in cold water; pat dry, and place in a well-greased wire grilling basket.
Grill over medium coals 12 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Baste cat fish frequently with lemon juice mixture.
