Directions

1.
Clean and scale the fish.
Wash and pat dry.

Cut 2 slits in each side of fish, right down to the bone.

Mix butter, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper together.
4.
Spread 1/4 butter mixture over the skin.
5.
Place fish on High Rack and GRILL for 6-7 minutes.
6.
Turn over, spread with remaining butter, and GRILL for further 6-7 minutes.
