Grilled Sandwiches Recipe

I found out an amazing way to use Seafood by making Grilled Sandwiches. If you have a lot of Seafood on hand then you know its time to make some Grilled Sandwiches. I will prepare this Grilled Sandwiches as Snack for a get-together I am soon going to host. I would really appreciate a feedback on this recipe of Grilled Sandwiches. Thank You.

Ingredients

 
1 pound pollock fillets or other fish fillets, cooked and flaked (2 cups)
 
1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
 
12 slices bread
 
6 slices process Swiss cheese
 
6 tablespoons butter or margarine softened
 
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion

Directions

Combine flaked fish and dressing; spread on 6 slices bread.
Place one slice cheese on each and top with remaining bread.
Blend butter or margarine and onion together.
Spread on both sides of sandwiches.
Grill till golden brown and cheese melts, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
Serve while hot.
