Grilled Salmon Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
6 fresh or frozen salmon steaks or other fish steaks
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup snipped parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Thaw frozen fish.
Place fish in shallow dish.
Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, onion, mustard, salt, and dash pepper.
Pour over fish.
Let stand at room temperature 2 hours, turning occasionally.
(Or marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours.) Drain, reserving marinade.
Place fish in well-greased wire broiler basket.
Grill over medium-hot coals till lightly browned, 5 to 8 minutes.
Baste with marinade and turn.
Brush again with marinade; grill till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 5 to 8 minutes longer.
