Grilled Salmon With Mango Sauce Recipe Video
Its summer time, the time to barbecue. Today I am going to show you how to barbecue in an easy and healthy way. We are making Grilled salmon with mango and tomatillo sauces.
Summary
Ingredients
6 oz salmon fillet skinless and boneless
7-8 spears of asparagus
Mango sauce
1/2 cup mango
1/2 c tomatillos
1/2 red onion
1/2 c plum tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mango sauce :Mix all the ingredients well. The sauce is ready.
2. Put some salt, pepper and olive oil over asparagus and wrap it in a foil.
3. Spray some oil on the grill and place the salmoin fillet, skin side down and also the asparagus.Let the salmon sear for sometime or till it caramlizes.
