Grilled Potato Tikka Recipe

Grilled potato tikka is a vegetarian prepation of potatoes marinated and cooked on the grill. Grilled potato tikka can be served with tandoori rotis or pulao and is flavord with a marinade of curd, cream, red chilies, garam masala, ginger and garlic.

Directions

Cut the boiled potatoes into big pieces.
Mix well the curd, cream, salt, red chillie powder, garam masala powder, ginger paste in and garlic paste.
Add the tandoori colour(optional).
Add the potatoes.
Mix well and marinate, covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Place the marinated potatoes on the high rack, brush with a little oil and grill for 15-20 minutes, fill golden brown on all sides.
Rearrange frequently for even cooking, brushing with a little oil each time.
